How is it going for your client with chronic pain?
Do you want to learn ACTiveRehab: the application of ACT in chronic pain?

In this short but novel workshop you will learn about how to effectively apply ACT principles with clients with chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia, widespread pain, sequelae after Whiplash trauma, etc.

In a very dynamic and pragmatic way you will learn to make a case conceptualization that will allow you and you patient to understand what exactly is needed to move forward. When the pain expresses through the body, it is imperative as therapist to be comfortable addressing bodily aspects in an appropriated and systematic way. We will integrate basic knowledge about lifestyle changes and how you as a psychotherapist can guide those processes.

You will learn a simple model to explain to your client why we need to reach not only mental flexibility but also physical and social flexibility in order to get moving to a vital life.

This workshop will be potentiated if you come to the mindfulness workshop, were we learn step by step technics on how to effectively guide clients that present somatic issues.

Do not miss these workshops and this unique opportunity to learn evidence based clinical models from the grounder of ACTiveRehab.
